2010-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/702956摘要:本研究計畫擬以鐵磁(F)/超導(S)/鐵磁(F)穿隧元件之自旋霍爾效應(spin Hall effect, SHE)探討鑭鍶錳氧(La0.7Sr0.3MnO3, LSMO)薄膜之表面自旋偏極化率Ps(T)之行為。另外藉由量測F/S/F結構之SHE之霍爾電壓VSH隨溫度變化關係,我們可以分析釔鋇銅氧(YBCO)與鉛薄膜之異常霍爾效應(anomalous Hall effect, AHE)。最後,我們量測鐵磁(F)/非鐵磁層(N)/鐵磁(F)自旋閥之磁阻行為,我們預期可以獲得正常態YBCO,Pb之自旋偏極化率η,自旋擴散長度Ls以及自旋-軌道交互作用(spin-orbit interaction, SOI)耦合常數γ等重要參數。<br> Abstract: In this proposal, the ferromagnet (F)/superconductor (S)/ferromagnet (F) junctions will be fabricated and the spin Hall effect (SHE) in them will be measured to investigate the behavior of surface spin polarization Ps(T) for La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films. In addition, the temperature dependence of spin Hall voltage VSH in the F/S/F devices will be measured to analyze the mechanism of anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in YBCO and Pb films.
