陳秋麟臺灣大學:電子工程學研究所曾任輝Tseng, Jen-HuiJen-HuiTseng2007-11-272018-07-102007-11-272018-07-102005http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/57582本文探討一用以控制半橋架構之背光逆變器控制晶片,此半橋架構之背光逆變器用來驅動冷陰極管,背光逆變器控制晶片由六個部分組成,分別是啟動電路、震盪器、輸出級、保護電路、控制電路與邏輯電路。 本文分析背光逆變器控制晶片中的高壓電路區塊,解決啟動電路設計上的缺陷,本研究會設計、模擬和佈局啟動電路與輸出級,啟動電路以及輸出級電路利用閘源極耐壓20伏製程實現,針對輸出30伏以下之電源電壓系統,功率電晶體可整合入控制晶片之中以縮小整體系統面積。This thesis investigates a control IC to control a half bridge backlight inverter. The half bridge backlight inverter is used to drive a CCFL. The control IC of the backlight inverter comprises a start-up circuit, an oscillator, an output stage circuit, a protecting circuit, a control circuit and a logic circuit. The thesis analyzes the high voltage part of the control IC and solves the drawback of the start-up circuit. The start-up circuit and the output stage is designed and simulated. The chip layout is also performed .The start-up circuit and the output stage circuit of the control IC is implemented by maximum gate to source 20V fabricating process. For power supply application with output voltage less than 30V.
