2012-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/646368摘要：職能治療專業治療關係之探究:跨文化研究良好的治療關係可促進個案的復元。職能治療專業長久以來就把治療地運用自我列為治療的重要策略之一。然而職能治療界關於治療關係的知識基礎、應用技術、分析方式以及其療效證據顯然不夠。本計畫的目的即是以三年時間深入探討治療關係在台灣職能治療界的應用、治療關係取向的評量工具之翻譯與驗證、以及治療關係與參與度、滿意度的相關。本研究的另一個特色是將以國際合作方式進行，與美國伊利諾大學芝加哥分校職能治療系教授Renee Taylor進行跨文化的研究合作，並邀請其來台灣進行訓練講學。希望透過國際合作，讓台灣職能治療專業人員也接受治療關係之養成訓練，學習治療關係建立的概念。研究預計於第一年完成深度訪談與問卷調查，了解目前台灣職能治療界對於治療關係的養成過程、需求與困境。第二年將發展治療師覺察量表、個案對治療關係的評價量表、工作同盟檢覈表(Working alliance inventory)、匹茲堡參與量表(Pittsburg participation scale)等測驗之中文版本，驗證其信度與效度。第三年將進行研究，收集治療師與個案關於治療關係的資料，並探討其與個案活動參與度以及對於治療的滿意度之相關。並探討個案接受治療前後，治療關係之覺察、治療滿意度與參與度是否有改變。以上各年之研究資料之收集均對應於美國研究。本研究的完成將有助於職能治療專業建構一套本土的治療關係模式、發展實用的評量工具、並探討治療關係的治癒因子以及其對於成效之影響。<br> Abstract: The study of the therapeutic relationship in occupational therapy: A cross-cultural experimentGood therapeutic relationship can facilitate the recovery process of the clients. There is a long history in occupational therapy that therapeutic use of self is one of the most important therapeutic strategies in clinical practice. However, the knowledge base, technology, analysis, and evidence for the practice are lacking. The purpose of the study is to investigate the current condition of therapeutic relationship in Taiwan, to develop Chinese version of clinical assessment of modes for therapist and for client and related scales, and to test the relationship among variables of therapeutic relationship, participation and satisfaction with the therapy using three years. The uniqueness of the study is the collaboration with the experts from the field (Professor Renee Taylor from the department of Occupational Therapy of the University of Illinois at Chicago), which we would like to invite to Taiwan to train our therapists and to co-develop the model and collect data on both countries for comparison.We plan to finish the in-depth interview and survey for the 1st year in order to understand the current condition on the therapeutic use of self for occupational therapists in Taiwan; for the second year, we will translate a few scales (e.g., clinical assessment of models, working alliance inventory, Pittsburg participation scale etc.), and study their psychometric properties. For the third year, we will collect data on group of persons with mental illness to examine the relationship of therapeutic relationship, clients’ satisfaction, and level of participation. Furthermore, we will study the change of the outcomes (life satisfaction, level of activity participation) between pre-treatment and post-treatment, and its relationship with the quality of therapeutic relationship. All of these studies will be conducted cross-culturally.The accomplishment of the study will assist the profession to be able to educate our therapists on subject of therapeutic relationship with scientific basis.
