2012-10-042024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657441摘要:因應台灣地區高山氣象觀測精進的殷切需求,本計畫將以三個月時間五項主軸來密集來完成計畫目標,分別是:(1)2011年12月~2012年5月本計畫在合歡山自動氣象站進行的比對觀測實驗數據分析(2)透過臺灣大學山地農場氣象站的中華電信GPRS通訊效果,進行高山地區濕冷雲霧環境的系統評估。(3)進行 22處高山測站環境遮蔽度現場勘查,以及中央氣象局指定的三處自動測站場勘與氣象儀器取回送檢。(4)將透過第二屆全球氣象儀器展示研討會(比利時),蒐集全球氣象儀器特性、架設與維護方法的多樣性,以及北歐國家長年濕冷環境的氣象站維運模式。(5) 辦理「台灣地區高山氣象觀測現況與合作模式」研討會。透過這些工作成果來回顧高山氣象站氣象儀器安裝與測站維護現況、困境與提出可能解決的具體建議,做為中央氣象局高山地區自動氣象站精進之施政參考,與改善山地天氣監測。<br> Abstract: In order to improve the meteorological observation in mountain region at Taiwan, this study gives five plans to approach the goals of this program in intensive 3-month length. The plans are: (1) data analysis on the 6-month intercompariosn at Hehuan mountain peak auto-weahther station. (2) stability evaluation of meteorological data transfer through commercial GPR network at NTU mountain farm. (3) site survey on 22 weather stations and review the instrumental performance at 3 CWB auto-weather stations. (4) attending Meteorological Technology International/World EXPO 2012 at Brussels, Belgium to collect global and updated instruments information.
