2020-06-212024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/664625摘要:文旦柚屬於早熟小型柚類,因適合我國氣候,生長勢強且適應性佳,其栽培產地遍及全國,包含花蓮縣、台東縣、宜蘭縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、南投縣、台南縣、苗栗縣、新北市等地區。文旦柚通常作為中秋節之應景水果,農民通常多以「白露」節氣為成熟收穫指標日,所以果實採收期集中在白露前後數天,以供應中秋過節使用。另一方面,因各地因氣候環境及栽培方式差異,成熟期並不一致,氣溫較低且日照時數較短地區,通常發育所需時間較長,若無法於中秋節前供貨易造成滯銷,導致部分農民常提早採收,造成市面上果實品質參差不齊。因上述生產特色,文旦柚產業非常容易遭遇產銷失衡與品質不一等問題,急需開發消化過剩或品質不佳的果實之技術。柑橘類果實果皮精油含量豐富,且對微生物與昆蟲均具有毒殺效果,為一種天然殺菌劑,具開發為可食性膜混合成分等園產品採後處理技術之潛力。本計畫擬建立文旦柚皮萃取液可食性膜製作技術並初步評估其抗菌效果,以利未來開發為園產品採後處理保鮮技術,進而解決文旦柚產銷失衡與品質不一等問題。<br> Abstract: Wendan pomelo belongs to the early-maturing small pomelo category. It is well-adapted to Taiwan’s climate and has strong growth potential and good adaptability. It is cultivated throughout the country, including Hualien County, Taitung County, Yilan County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Nantou County, Tainan County, Miaoli County, New Taipei City and other regions. It is usually used as a fruit for the Mid-Autumn Festival. Farmers usually use the "white dew" solar term as the harvest index day. Therefore, the fruit harvest period is concentrated in the few days before and after the white dew for the Mid-Autumn Festival. On the other hand, due to differences in climatic environment and cultivation methods in different regions, the maturity period is not consistent. The areas with lower temperatures and shorter sunshine hours usually take longer to develop. If they cannot be supplied before the Mid-Autumn Festival, it may cause slow sales. As a result, some farmers often harvest early, resulting in uneven fruit quality on the market. Due to the above-mentioned production characteristics, the Wendan pomelo industry is very prone to problems such as imbalance between production and sales and uneven quality. It is urgent to develop techniques for digesting excess or poor quality fruits. Citrus fruit peel is rich in essential oils, and has toxic effects on microorganisms and insects. It is a natural fungicide and has the potential to develop postharvest treatment technologies for horticultural products such as edible coating ingredients.
