2005-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/671889摘要:台灣西部沿岸海域之養殖業,近年受陸地輸出之污染物影響非常嚴重,尤以牡蠣之重金屬污染最為明顯。故本計畫之研究目的為探討重金屬(銅、鋅、鉛、鎘、汞)在台灣西部海域養殖區牡蠣之污染與否、程度及季節變化,俾提供主管機關施政之參考,並另監測及探討和平海域之污染現況。本年度亦分析東港溪附近魚體重金屬與鹿耳門溪養殖牡蠣體戴奧辛濃度,以評估各海域之養殖環境。 本年度研究結果顯示新竹香山地區牡蠣重金屬污染程度最為嚴重,尤其是銅污染依舊是新竹香山地區主要的重金屬污染。新竹地區牡蠣銅含量是台灣西部海域其他牡蠣養殖區之數十及數佰倍之高。3月較高,5月則明顯下降,7月份甚至出現2001年以來之最低值。除了銅污染外,其他重金屬之濃度本年度亦較上年度來得降低許多。嘉義地區的四個採樣點的全隻牡犡平均銅含量都以3月份時為最高。鋅則僅在1、3月時有較高的累積量,其中3月東石最高。不同組織重金屬累積方面,銅以3月份的布袋外套膜為最,鋅則是3月東石的鰓為最高。北港溪雲嘉大橋捕獲之魚貝類與底泥並未發現有汞及其他重金屬特別高的情形。彰化地區牡蠣銅含量以三月及十一月為較高,最高為11月份之福寶測站,最低則為5月份之伸港樣品。鋅含量比往年較低,其中以3月及5月最低。鉛濃度則有逐年升高之趨勢。汞濃度亦比前三年稍高。雲林縣養殖區牡蠣銅含量長期以來均高於台南縣、市,其中以1月份金湖測站濃度最高。安平北岸銅、鋅濃度亦於1月份出現歷年高值。台南縣牡蠣銅含量則以北門最高。鹿耳門溪養殖牡蠣體中戴奧辛/呋喃平均濃度明顯低於歐盟魚類限值。和平港海域水質與歷年差異不大,顯示無明顯之水污染。底泥重金屬均遠低於美國環保署之規定。魚體重金屬含量明顯較上年度研究低,港區內魚貝體內重金屬含量明顯高於海域。魚體檢體中內臟之PAHs總濃度遠高於魚肉組織本身所含之PAHs含量。 新竹香山地區牡蠣銅污染從過去數年以來不斷惡化,幸運的是本年度香山地區牡蠣銅污染明顯下降,為過去三年同時期的最低值。除了銅污染外,其他重金屬之濃度本年度亦較上年度來得降低許多,顯示陸源污染物之排放有明顯下降的趨勢,這可能與環保當局的管制督導成效、電子產業不景氣及新竹地區降雨量增高有關。 <br> Abstract: Oyster pollution has been observed in western coastal area of Taiwan in the past several years not only with no sign of improvement but with steadily increasing trend at some area. The objectives of this research are to study current status of the heavy metal pollution in the western Taiwan area and to identify any improvements or worsening of this pollution as well as to evaluate environmental conditions in the Hua-Liang area. Oysters and various fishes were collected from Hsin-Chu, Cha-Yi, Chang-Hua, Yunling, Tainan and Hoping Harbor areas and analyzed for their heavy metal contents (Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd and Hg) every two months. The bi-monthly data has submitted to the Fishery Agency. The results demonstrated both improvement and worsening condition in the study environments. HsinChu area oysters copper concentrations showed the most remarkable improvements this year as compare to previous years. Copper concentrations during July are the lowest since 2001. Even late autumn copper concentrations are among the lowest within the past few years. Copper concentration in oyster from Chang-Hua area were higher druring March and November, with higher concentrations found in Fu-bau and low in Seng-kang. In Cha-Yi area, copper and zinc concentrations in oyster were high during January and March. For Yunling and Tainan area, oyster copper concentration from Kimhu are the highest in these two counties. Concentration of PCDD/Fs in oysters from Luermen River was less than the EU quality guideline. In Hoping River estuary, all the monitored parameters reached the class A water quality standard.
