Left pulmonary artery sling associated with a right upper bronchus from the trachea (tracheal bronchus) and stenosis of the bridging bronchus is a more complicated situation. We present an infant with left pulmonary artery sling, and stenosis of the bridging bronchus, carina, and both right and left main bronchi. His condition was successfully repaired using the combination of slide tracheoplasty and tracheal autograft techniques. ? 2010 The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.[SDGs]SDG3surfactant; aorta; article; autograft; bronchoscopy; bronchus; bronchus stenosis; cardiopulmonary bypass; case report; cyanosis; ductus arteriosus; gestational age; human; intubation; left pulmonary artery sling; lung malformation; male; newborn; obstructive airway disease; prematurity; priority journal; pulmonary artery; respiratory distress syndrome; sternotomy; trachea reconstruction; tracheobronchial stenosis; tracheobronchial tree; vascular patency; Bronchial Diseases; infant; radiography; reimplantation; trachea; Tracheal Stenosis; Bronchi; Bronchial Diseases; Humans; Infant; Male; Pulmonary Artery; Replantation; Trachea; Tracheal StenosisRepair of complex tracheobronchial stenosis with left pulmonary artery sling and bridging bronchusjournal article10.1016/j.athoracsur.2009.11.070208688592-s2.0-77957149616
