2011-04-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655512摘要：台灣大學法學評論自2006年創刊以來，每年出版兩次，並不定期發行特刊，如民國100年除在3月發行六卷一期外，4月即發行六卷一(特刊)。本期刊已於2009年完成Heinonline、Westlaw資料庫的申請並已完成簽約手續。這是一本同儕審查的學術期刊，自創刊以來一直有穩定的投稿，投稿者除來自台灣各地外，並有來自東亞、歐洲、美國的學者。NTU Law Review所刊登的內容除學術文章外，還包括學生判決評釋、書評、翻譯文章與圓桌論壇。這是第一本台灣的法學期刊，所刊登的文章主題均涉及相當重要的法律議題，且不限於台灣或東亞所發生的爭議，而是分別從地區性與國際性的角度來探討。這由作者的國籍背景組成具相當之多元性可見一斑，這也是本期刊的特色之一，我們已經刊登的文章中，作者來自許多不同的法體系，包括德國、美國、日本、葡萄牙、韓國、大陸、香港等，並持續擴大中。本期刊為鼓勵學生深入探討台灣與其他亞洲國家法院的重要案例與投稿，擬於每年舉辦一次Student Notes(案例評釋)競賽活動，活動中將選出前兩名優勝者。活動優勝者除給予獎金鼓勵外，其案例評釋內容亦將刊登於期刊中。本活動除可刺激學生投入東亞地區研究外，亦可助於本期刊與其他亞洲國家學校之交流。<br> Abstract: National Taiwan University Law Review (NTU Law Review) has published twice a year since its launch in March 2006. It is a peer-review academic journal which has stable and constant submissions from Taiwanese and other East Asian scholars as well as from European and American scholars. NTU Law Review has been accepted by some important international data bank, including Westlaw and HeinOnline. NTU Law Review publishes a variety of academic works that include academic articles, student notes, book reviews, translated works, and symposiums. It is the first English law review that covers all aspects of legal issues. Themes of published articles discuss timely and important legal issues especially but not limited to those relating to Taiwan and other East Asian countries, which are approached from both regional and global perspectives. International diversity among authors of both source articles and cited articles is one of the key features of NTU Law Review.
