2012-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/704073摘要:本研究目的在於應用體驗行銷的觀點,透過服務體驗工程方法論的使用,探討高齡健康照顧服務業創新經營模式的建構。有鑑於高齡化已是台灣未來不可避免的趨勢,為了因應未來的高齡社會,了解銀髮族特質與需求即變得格外重要。儘管研究高齡健康照顧服務的議題大多集中在技術、系統與政策方面的問題情境,但在管理行銷方面的應用研究仍然相當不足,尤其缺乏跨領域的整合型研究。因此,本研究認為應該以經營模式、體驗行銷以及服務科學等領域做為基礎,強調行銷導向並以銀髮族觀點切入,搭配服務體驗工程的研究方法,深入探討高齡健康照顧服務業經營模式之關鍵因素,進而建構適合於高齡健康照顧服務產業的創新經營模式。<br> Abstract: This project intends to use service experience engineering methodology to develop innovative business model of elderly care service industry from marketing perspective. In response to the trend of aging, understand the needs and characteristics of elderly become more and more important. Despite most current researches focus on the elderly problems such as technology, system, and policy, there are still lack multidiscipline integration researches in management.
