2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653062近代電商以活動儲貨架結合機器人的物流系統型塑了新一代智慧物流的架構。然上貨、補貨、揀貨、包裝仍是傳統人工作業,離完全自主智慧運作及無人化倉儲中心的境地,仍有一段距離。儘管如此,採用此種架構的物流業仍誇稱其為智慧物流系統;但卻困擾於該如何採行各種決策作為、如何檢視各種效率指標、如何評量不同運作成本等問題。缺乏智慧計算的決策模型讓當代的物流系統只能以巨量的訂單出貨率自誇。本研究將檢視此系統的運作流程,定義各流程的智慧運算問題並建立求解模型。展示各子流程的決策模型及決策迎合不同面向的優化和求解目標,同時也將探討各目標間的競和及頭尾關聯。此外,也將設計、建立、和實作此物流系統的離散事件模型和模擬系統,扮演數位分身協助決策分析。建立的智慧運算模型會使用離散事件模擬技術快速評估優化或決策成效,以演化出或產出智慧的決策。模擬系統的籌建可扮演數位分身的角色協助管理人員,禁行系統營運決策分析。實作的系統會以國內智慧物流業的規模,建置範例系統和模擬模型,以演練求算各模型的最佳決策。研究成果可協助物流業引入智慧運算,降低營運成本邁入真正的智慧物流。 Contemporary e-commerce has shaped the architecture of a new generation of smart logistics where a logistics system combines movable storage shelves and robots. However, loading, replenishment, picking, and packaging are still traditional manual operations. There is still a distance toward the “Smart Logistics” and unmanned logistic centers. Nevertheless, the logistics industry that adopts this system still exaggerates it as a smart logistics system; event the industry is struggling with daily operation problems such as how to adopt various decisions, how to review various efficiencies, and how to evaluate interincisal operating costs. This research will study the operation processes of this system, define the intelligent computing problems of each process, and establish solution models for them. The decision model of each sub-process will be shown to yield to different aspects of optimization goals. Moreover, the competition and the cause-conclusion relationship between the goals will be discussed. In addition, discrete event model and simulation system for this logistics system will be designed, established, and implemented. The simulation model will act as a digital twin to assist decision-making analysis. The established smart computing model will use discrete event simulation techniques to quickly evaluate the effectiveness of optimization strategy or decision to evolve or produce smart decisions. The presented simulation model can serve as the digital twin of the system to help system managers to make smart decisions. A benchmark model will be constructed based on the scale of a domestic smart logistics company to help calculate the best decision.
