2006-05-042024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684830摘要:本計畫將從水利會的灌溉管理相關業務著手,調查各項業務的執行頻率、執行時 間以及業務的重要性,以這三項業務特性決定一個業務指標,再以業務指標的高 低來定義各項業務的重要性,並以各項業務之間連結性的概念決定系統的建置指 標和順序,以做為日後系統發展參考。計畫中選定台灣灌溉面積最大、管理架構 最完整之嘉南水利會為研究範圍,規劃整體農田水利灌溉管理電子化業務資訊系 統架構,利用結構化分析之工具產生環境關連圖、資料流程圖、資料典等結果 ,以表達各子系統與所處環境及其與環境之間的互動關係,並展現各系統之資料 處理程序與資料流間之關連,期利用結構化分析的方式來陳現複雜的水利會灌溉 管理業務資料流程,作為後續灌溉管理資訊系統發展之依據。<br> Abstract: System analysis will be done for irrigation management in irrigation association. Indices of importance will be defined for practices according to its frequency of operation, time needed to accomplish, and criticalness. These indices will be use as references for implementing the schedule for system development. ChiaNan Irrigation Association, the largest one in Taiwan, will be selected as study object due to its complete administrative institution.
