2009-06-092024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662251摘要:國產木質顆粒燃料研發與應用(3) 本研究主要利用國內的木質廢棄物研製易於運送與儲存的木質顆粒型燃料,以替代部分的石化燃料使用,降低國內的二氧化碳排放。研製方法係先將木質廢料研磨成木粉,並加入其他的農業廢棄物、木竹炭或回收塑料,以提高成型顆粒的強度與熱值,並擴大生質能源的原料來源。而成型設備則採用現有的工業用造粒機與實驗室專用成型模具進行,以明瞭成型條件對木質顆粒燃料的影響。此外亦搜集各國發展木質顆粒型燃料的現況與成效,作為國內推廣時的參考。最後,擬以商業化的木質顆粒燃料暖爐作為向國人推廣的實例,並研究改進成型機效能的條件。本計畫將能提高木質廢棄物的利用效能,若能以木質顆粒燃料作為替代能源,將可減少二氧化碳排放。未來也可提升國內木質顆粒燃料品質、製造技術與促進相關產業發展。<br> Abstract: The purpose of the study is to develop the manufacturing of wood pellets by domestic wooden waste for easy transportation and storage in order to substitute the utilization of fossil fuels and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide. First, wooden waste will be grounded into powder and mixed with others like charcoal powder, agricultural salvages or a little recycled plastic in order to enhance the strength of wood pellets and its calorie, and extend the resource of biomass energy. The wood pellet will be manufactured by two different approaches, one is the industrial pellet mill, and the other is pellet die in laboratory that the palletized conditions and its influence on pellets could be studied. Then, the information about utilization of wood pellets in other countries is collected for the promotion in Taiwan. Finally, a domestic pellet stove will be introduced to publics and the performance of the pellet mill will be improved by adjusting manufacturing conditions. The plan will improve the utilizing efficiency of wooden waste. If wood pellets could be use as a kind of alternative energy, the domestic emission of carbon dioxide will be reduced and the pellet quality and manufacturing techniques will be improved in order to encourage the development of relative industries.木質顆粒燃料生質能燃燒Wood Pellet ,Biomass EnergyCombustion木質材料在石化原料及能源材料轉換之開發應用-國產木質顆粒燃料研發與應用(3)
