2007-01-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/668439摘要：以教學(含服務)內容品質的改善落實以及規劃整合本系研究團隊及資源為目標，藉以可進一步全面性的提升本系在學術領域的品質及成績。內容包括: (1) 教學及服務品質提升:重點於 a.教學用顯微鏡汰換, b.學生實驗課設備擴充提升, c.電顯與核心實驗室教學及服務人事、耗材費用（同時提供全院教學服務）---電子顯微鏡及分子檢測實驗室技術人員及材料 (2) 研究—提升本系「微生物功能性基因體研究」之潛能及加速研究成果發表; 目標為: a.設立微生物功能性基因體核心研究設備儀器:如冷/螢光影影像系統、冷凍（超）高速離心機轉子、迴旋振盪恆溫槽、冷螢光光譜分析儀、桌上型冷凍高速平行飛行離心機、超音波細胞震碎機，b.建立及維護微生物功能性基因體實驗環境及設施:如溫室及實驗動物房空調冷氣維修及保養、貴重儀器及超低溫冷凍櫃不斷電及穩壓工程等，c.延攬優秀研究人員加速微生物功能性基因體成果產出。 <br> Abstract: This proposal aims to accelerate the progress as well as to elevate the quality of the department on research, education, and service as a whole. The content of teaching and service should be reinforced to satisfy the needs of students and school. Also, the integration of research resources and personnel is needed to advance research and academic performance. Our substantial attempts are including as followings: (1) Increasing the quality of teaching and service: we will focus on a.) replacement of student microscopes, b.) instrumental update for laboratory courses, c.) set-up of core facilities with complete equipment and specialists, such as electronic microscopy and plant molecular diagnosis lab, to provide a full-service for the College of Bio-resources and Agriculture and school. (2) Research: An emphasizing goal of the current research in the department is to accelerate and promote the studies on— The functional genomics of microorganisms.
