2003-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662241摘要:藉由文獻回顧、訪談、焦點團體(部落地圖的繪製)與參與觀察等方法,共計44筆紀錄中,本研究發現魯凱族部落以頭目為主的貴族階層社會,曾在好茶的漁獵場管理上扮演重要的角色。然而自日據時代起,因國家機器、經濟市場與外來宗教的介入,造成地方超自然信仰流失與狩獵禁忌解除,傳統社會規範如階層制度、財產共有制的遂行瓦解。又國家法令明文禁止狩獵行為,人口大量外移至平地求取工作機會,狩獵遂由維生所需轉為休憩行為。山野知識於是缺乏傳承,獵人狩獵能力消弱,終對狩獵行為產生負回饋而愈益疏離山林。目前在好茶部落裡,雖然村長與教會的影響力大,但頭目卻也受到村民一定程度的尊重。近年好茶部落裡,有部分菁英戮力於傳統文化的活化與復興工作,但卻囿於人情世故,始終無法整合。為能進一步瞭解傳統漁獵文化與社會機制間的互動連結,未來組織培力的工作勢必也需要在研究中扮演重要的角色。而部落地圖在組織培力、收集生態知識與自然資源在空間上配置的運用,或者可以進一步發揮。<br> Abstract: Using literature review, qualitative interview, focal group (indigenous community mapping) and participatory observation, this study has collected 44 records totally. From these materials it finds that the traditional nobiliary hierarchy society in Rukai has played a key role on managing fishing and hunting fields in Hao-cha. Since the Japanese colonial periods, the traditional super-nature belief system has degraded, those taboo were ignored, the nobiliary hierarchy social system and common property system has gradually collapsed, because intervention of the force of modern state, capital market and foreign religions. Moreover, it bans hunting for the national legislation, many local residents have moved to plain areas for jobs. These bring changes for the roles of hunt from meat collecting to leisure activities. The more local knowledge has gone in the wind, the weaker for hunters’ ability. And this creates a negative feedback to the traditional hunting culture. Accordingly, people will be more apart from the mountains. Nowadays, the chief still receives respect from the local, although the modern village chief and the church have greater influences in the village. Part of the local elites has devoted to activate traditional culture and has created several initiatives. Somehow, they just cannot work together for complicated social relationships. In order to realize the links between traditional hunting culture and social mechanisms, empowerment should be one of the key topics in the future research.
