2013-04-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681566摘要:1. 蒐集世界主要國家(地區)有機農產加工產品管理系統、法規環境、產業發展趨勢,建立國際有機加工規範及發展趨勢資料庫,掌握「先進國家」與「發展中國家」之最新動態,作為我國發展有機農產加工品之參考。 2. 瞭解我國現行有機加工產業現況與市場發展,並藉由與國際資料庫做比較分析,可協助國內有機加工業者建立符合國際規範的生產管理制度,並作為農政單位研擬後續政策修正改進之參考依據。 3. 提出有機農產加工產品之發展方向及市場策略,作為開發有機農產自製加工關鍵技術之參考,研擬行銷策略以擴大國產有機加工產品國內外市場規模,並且符合全球趨勢與外銷市場所需。<br> Abstract: The objective of this project is to understand the environment development of processed organic agricultural products in different countries and regions around the world, including United State of America, EU region, Japan, Korea, China, South East Asia countries, Austria and New Zealand, through a survey of the regulation and management policies, product specifications and industry trends.
