2005-01-262024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654380摘要：本研究計畫擬以二年期研究設計來發展一套具有合理有效的心理計量條件（psychometric properties）之非語言情緒評量工具，並檢驗其在精神分裂症患者的情緒辨識功能之評估與對患者的社會復健程度之預測力，以增益精神醫療領域探究精神分裂症患者之情緒辨識與社會復健的關連性的臨床應用工具。從臨床觀察與文獻探討得知，精神分裂症患者的一般日常生活功能、社會功能明顯下降，與現實環境間的互動也因此受到明顯的影響。這使得患者的整體適應力受損，難再度融入生活世界；而且，這個疾病慢性化的病程不只殘害患者的健康，同時也造成病患家庭照顧上的困難，以及整個社會經濟和安全上的負擔。因此，如果能發展出一套有效的工具可以有效評估患者的情緒與社會功能，並能進一步作為復健成效的指標，將有助於於患者、其家庭以及整個社會資源的有效運用。 本研究在第一年研究計畫中，擬以過去的初步前置研究資料為基礎，並參考國外既有之相關工具，發展本土適切性的臉部情緒（facial emotions）與語音情緒（paralanguage emotions）之評量材料，並建構一般健康成人的對照群(N=30)以及精神分裂症患者(N=30<br> Abstract: The present proposal of a two-year research project aims to develop a psychometrically sound test to assess nonverbal emotional perception. It also plans to investigate the plausible deficits or bias of nonverbal emotional recognition of various channels in schizophrenic patients and evaluate potential prediction of the nonverbal emotional perception abilities on consequent social rehabilitation in Taiwan. Based upon clinical observations and literature review, it is noted that schizophrenic patients often show deficient general daily and social functioning and aversively affected interactions with surrounding environments. Their overall adjustment and chance for re-entry to the living world were thus hindered. Meanwhile, their family care as well as social finance and safety may be also suffered. In the first year, the study will revise and expand the stimuli pool of a nonverbal emotion assessment tool that was preliminarily designed in our previous exploration. Then, a comparison between normal adults (N = 30) and schizophrenic patients (N = 30) will be conducted. In the second year, the study will carry on the same design and expand the scope by conducting a comparison study between normal adults (N = 50) and schizophrenic patients (N = 50). In order to examine the possible long-term prediction of nonverbal emotion recognition to consequent social functioning of schizophrenic patients, a follow-up with those patients participated in the first year study will be conducted.
