2012-01-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/669894摘要:青花菜(Brassica oleracea var. italica)性喜冷涼,為綠植株春化型作物,夏季 高溫會導致不結花球或花球品質不佳的現象,台灣青花菜以十一至四月為盛產期 ,五月至十月產量低,高溫逆境是造成夏季短缺的主要原因之一,因此青花菜的耐 熱育種是重要課題;而世界蔬菜中心新育出的數個耐熱性高的青花菜品系,具有夏 季結花球之特性。本計劃全程目標在藉由對早生青花菜耐熱性特性之瞭解,建立耐 熱指標在青花菜耐熱育種應用的標準流程;並深入研究這些品系的最符合經濟效益 的春化溫度,建立青花菜植物設施密植生產體系。於本計畫之前兩年已證明這些品 系在花芽分化期預高溫逆境10天,花球品質仍可維持良好,畸形率在10%以下,惟在 盛夏時花球較小;本年度為計畫之第三年,計畫目標在建立青花菜植物設施生產體 系。計畫執行將以AV531、AV530及AV515為材料,著重在春化處理溫度、栽培密度及各季 節下設施栽培之花球品質及產量。期望可以建立耐熱青花菜週年設施生產體系,並生產高品質之設施安全蔬菜。<br> Abstract: Broccoli (Brassica oleracea var. italica) is a cool-season vegetable, which belongs to ‘green-plant vernalization plants. The summer high temperature often leads to fail-heading or quality reduction. The major production season between Nov. to Apr., and we rely on importing from abroad for summer supply. Therefore, breeding for heat tolerant cultivars is an important subject in Taiwan. AVRDC – The World Vegetable Center has developed broccoli lines with early maturity and heat tolerance, which are able to produce marketable curds in the field of summer. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this study is to build a protocol for the application of heat tolerance physiological indexes to broccoli heat tolerant breeding program. Besides, fitting these heat tolerant breeding lines to the production system of the controlled environment is another goal. We have proven that the AV531 is able to tolerant 35/25oC at least for 10 days at floral differentiation stage and produce curd with good quality in the previous years of this project. The objective of this year will be focus on the vernalization temperature, cultivation density, and curd quality and yield over the year under controlled environment.
