Both the u and rr polarizations are measured by x-ray anomalous transmission of perfect crystal. The results are 0.910(3) for Cu K, and 0.952(10) for MO K,, radiation. The diffraction data of Cu K, and MO K, radiations show that the polarization status has a tendancy of moving away from an ideally perfect crystal value to mosaic crystal value as the wavelength of the radiation becomes shorter.application/pdf90856 bytesapplication/pdfzh-TWX-ray Polarization Ratio of Graphite Crystal Monochromatorjournal articlehttp://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw/bitstream/246246/20060927120039335275/1/00166.pdf
