2012-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663405摘要：本研究定期收集傷亡圈飼及野外野生動物檢體進行死亡動物之病理學剖檢診斷，收集病例並建立野生動物疾病資料；以病理學診斷輔以微生物學、病毒學、PCR核酸診斷技術、寄生蟲鑑定等分析死亡原因。加強對人畜共通傳染病之篩檢，防止人畜共通傳染病之傳播。由例行性病理學診斷中建立臺灣地區野生動物的疾病發生概況資料，可提供調查研究資料供主管機關與相關防疫檢疫單位參考。<br> Abstract: This study is a continual disease monitoring and surveillance study in captive and free-range wildlife. Routine clinical observation and pathological examination for wildlife in Taiwan will be performed. Gross and histopathological examination for each animal will be recorded with bacteriological results. Parasitic examination and PCR examination for specific virus will be performed for advanced case study. Potential zoonotic diseases will be monitored in order to prevent their spreading to humans. Results obtained from the study can provide the government information regarding the current status of wildlife diseases in Taiwan which will be beneficial to wildlife disease control.野生動物疾病監測人畜共通傳染病wildlifedisease surveillancezoonoses
