2014-12-252024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/682193摘要:有鑑於新北市老年人口成長快速,參與藝術性活動對老人在生理、心理、社會三個層面皆有助益,並有助於發展生產力老化,透過文化能力之培養、美學素養之提昇、文化活動之參與,乃營造健康、活躍、有意義地老年生活重要的元素之一,新北市政府正投注更多關注與資源於高齡者文化政策及實踐。本研究為新北市文化局委託研究,研究目的為:(1)檢視我國及新北市高齡者文化政策發展脈絡與現況,(2)參考其他國家高齡者文化政策,(3)評估新北市「週二樂齡日」的成果, (4)提出具前瞻性的新北市高齡者文化政策發展建議。本研究預計採取質性研究方法,召開樂齡志工焦點團體,邀請其以博物館志願服務的經驗為本,參與討論新北市未來的文化政策,此乃「開放式、參與式政策規劃」,以市民為本的政策規劃模式之參考。此外,本案將進行高齡藝術家訪談,目的將建立新北市在地高齡藝術家資料。本研究期程為12/25/2014至 11/30/2015。<br> Abstract: There is an increasing older population in the New Taipei City. It has been shown that participation in cultural and creative activities will help the physical, psychological, and social health of older people. Cultivation of cultural capacity also aides the productive aging of older people, while creating new roles for them to perform, such as mentors, teachers, volunteers, or even becoming artists themselves. Therefore, elevation of citizens’ esthetic appreciation and frequent participation of cultural events are important elements in building an active and meaningful age-friendly environment in the New Taipei City. This research is commissioned by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the New Taipei City. The purposes of the research are (1) to review the national and city context and development of cultural policies; (2) to learn from foreign best practices of old age cultural participation; (3) to evaluate the outcomes of the New Taipei City Fun Tuesday Programs of Libraries and Museums; (4) to make suggestions for creative development and innovation of cultural policies. This research will apply qualitative methods. First, one focus groups of volunteers will be held in each of the 12 museums and gardens in order to collect the input of informed citizens regarding cultural policies. Second, local artists will be interviewed face to face in order to collect data for the local libraries’ real persona collections.
