2012-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659624摘要:家蠶是除了果蠅以外遺傳研究做得最詳盡的昆蟲之一,由於家蠶飼養容易、飼養空間小,且基因對數少、世代短,成本相對較低,因此是生命科學研究的良好材料及優良實驗動物。以家蠶做為生產平台來製造動物疫苗近來已成為研究的重點趨勢,而有鑑於人工收集家蠶體液時的費工、費時、切割位置及深度不固定、高污染性等因素,發展一套家蠶體液自動化收集系統實有其必要性,進而配合量產的技術,也許有機會進軍國際,分食全球動物疫苗的市場。 前年度已完成家蠶體液自動化收集雛型系統,包括進料、輸送、定位、切割及收集等機構,且進行了四次較長時間的測試,試驗結果顯示系統由進蠶、定位、切割到收集,平均每百隻為4分鐘,工作能量可達每天處理10,000隻的預期。本年度將在攻毒室進行量產測試,據以進行後續的改良。 <br> Abstract: The genetic information of silkworm is the insect that has been studied the most except the fruit fly. It has been chosen as the good material and excellent experimental living thing for life science studies owing to its easy breeding, space saving, small genetic pairs, short generation time and low cost. Therefore, the using the silkworm as the platform for producing animal vaccine has been a focal point of research. However, the conventional collection of its hemolymph has disadvantages of time consuming, intensive labor, lack homogeneous cutting depth and position, and high pollution, to develop an automatic collection system for this purpose is a need for the time being. Besides, to cooperate to the mass production technologies, it is possible to share the global market of animal vaccine. The automatic collection system of the silkworm hemolymph, including the feeding, transporting, positioning, cutting and collection mechanisms has been developed. Four tests were conducted to evaluate the system performance. Results showed that the working speed of the system was 4 minutes per 100 silkworms in average. The designated working capacity of 10,000 silkworms per day was achieved.
