2020-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/663749摘要:依照理論上配製的完全混合日糧(TMR)與現場實際配製下乳牛有效採食的TMR之間的具有相當的差異,主要起因於原料投料錯誤(重量錯誤等)和含水量變化而造成實際飼料乾物質的含量出現差異。這些差異造成乳牛實際採食成分的變動,影響瘤胃發酵穩定性及牛隻可利用的養分分配,進而導致產乳量波動及乳成分變化,使乳品質穩定度降低。本計劃將依照現場進行TMR精準配製需要,找尋快速評估現場原料品質的方法,以作為微調配方依據。 線上乳量與乳成分監測之應用多在評估生產表現與乳品質變化,本計劃將整合其連續性資料的特性對於TMR成分穩定度與動物健康進行監控,搭配自動擠乳機器人與乳品質即時線上檢測兩個系統,取得每次擠乳之乳量及乳成分資料,以評估餵飼精準配製TMR對於的效果,進而提升監測資訊的利用價值。<br> Abstract: There is a considerable difference between the theoretically prepared total mixed ration (TMR) and the TMR that the dairy cows fed in the farm, it caused by the wrong raw material feeding (ex. weight error) and the variation in water content. It resulted in an accurate feeding dry matter difference between the actual feeding diet and the calculated diet. These differences cause changes in the actual feeding ingredients of dairy cows, which affect rumen fermentation stability and nutrient available to cows. Leading to the fluctuations in milk production and milk composition. This project will be based on the need for precise TMR preparation on-site, and find a method to quickly assess the quality of raw materials on site as a basis for fine-tuning the formula. The application of online milk volume and milk component monitoring is commonly used to evaluate the production performance and milk quality changes. We will integrate the characteristics of its continuous data to monitor the stability of TMR ingredients and animal health, with automatic milking robot and milk quality real-time online.
