2010-08-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/698825摘要:本計畫主要是要研究石墨烯氧化物(graphene oxide)材料之光學之研究及其在發光二極體上應用之可能性。不同於二維奈米材料石墨烯(graphene)具有完全之sp2鍵結,石墨烯氧化物具有半導體之特性,可藉由還原之方法,改變其sp2/ sp3之比例,進而改變其導電度及光學特性 。最近我們在石墨烯氧化物上發現其可放出藍光,具有潛力發展成為有用之光電材料之應用。本計劃主要是要藉由光學之基礎研究,探討石墨烯氧化物之發光機制。並開發以石墨烯氧化物為主之發光二極體(LED)。希望能整合其在光電方面之優點、且其便宜且穩定。發展出全水溶液製成、以二維碳米碳材為主之發光元件。<br> Abstract: Graphene is one of the most exciting materials recently for fundamental and applied solid state physics research. Novel condensed matter effects arising from its unique two dimensional energy dispersion along with superior properties make it potentially useful for a wide variety of applications. Recently, chemically derived graphene oxide (GO) has been receiving attention for large-area electronics. This unique atomic and electronic structure of GO, consisting of variable sp2/sp3 fractions, opens up possibilities for new functionalities. GO has a finite band gap and has been found to emit blue photoluminescence from small sp2 cluster sizes. In this project, we would like to explore the fundamental optical properties of graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide from the fundamental investigation to realistic optoelectronic applications. We will investigate the fundamental optical properties of single layered GO and reduced GO or thin films. We would like to develop the application of light emitting diodes based on GO and r-GO materials.
