2023-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653052本計畫為執行中央地質調查所推動之4年期「臺灣東北部礦產地質調查-震測及地質構造調查研究」之第4年工作,透過震測與地質調查在臺灣東北部海域進行礦床資源成因、類型與賦存潛能及地質構造的探勘與研究,一以了解東北海域受火山活動產生的熱液換質作用是否有金屬硫化礦物資源潛能,二則以震測與地質構造調查資料討論東北海域地質背景與地體構造形貌,推測地質活動在東北海域金屬礦產生成中所扮演的角色。本計畫為延續自民國105年起推動前期「臺灣東北海域礦產資源潛能調查」4年計畫,過去已在臺灣東北海域的南沖繩海槽區域選定六處優先多金屬熱液硫化礦床潛能場址,本期計畫則將調查區域移往臺灣東北部海域淺水區,希望透過既有資料的彙整及進一步的調查工作,精進對臺灣東北部南沖繩海槽區域至近岸區完整的海域礦產資源及地質構造的瞭解。本年度工作結合過去執行中央地質調查所天然氣水合物及礦產資源潛能調查的臺灣大學海洋中心及海洋研究所團隊,主要成員包含計畫主持人許鶴瀚助理教授、研究員劉家瑄教授、謝獻祥博士、黄靖芸、鍾承峻、葉影澄、莊閔涵等在震測及資料庫領域專精的研究專員,本年度工作除將延續前三年度工作外,主要是於臺灣北部海域(含棉花嶼及彭佳嶼)地區進行調查研究,並為本四年度計畫的結束進行階段性綜整。本年度計畫執行主要分為三階段,第一階段將透過過去所收集的地質背景相關文獻資料、既有地球物理資料進行海域調查規劃工作,以完成調查區初步評估;第二階段為海域震測調查,預計透過8天之航次,完成至少120公里長之多頻道震測及隨船地球物理資料收集,同時協助海床觀測團隊執行兩天的海上任務;第三階段則為處理、分析、解釋新收集之資料,並整合第一階段之成果進行綜合評估,同時完成本期計畫的綜整。資料庫部分,本年度將持續進行「臺灣東北部礦產地質調查」整體計畫下共三個主計畫的規劃協調、工作支援及成果統整之工作,並負責維護、更新及優化礦產地質調查成果主題資料庫,其中包含地理資訊系統與MySQL資料庫以及資訊網,也將追蹤國際間熱液礦產資源研究的進展及更新文獻資料庫的內容。另外本年度亦將對過去4年間收集的資料進行總檢視,並製作主題圖幅,除達到本計畫成果資料保存與加值應用目的外,也有利於後續工作,作為相關調查工作執行之參考。 This proposal is the final year of the 4-year marine mineral resource investigation project of the Central Geological Survey entitled “Geological investigation of mineral deposits in northeastern Taiwan-Seismic and geological structural surveys”. It is also the second phase of the previous 4-year project starting from 2016. This new project has two goals: 1. To explore the mineral resource potential in the investigation area where submarine volcanic activities are prevailing; 2. To understand the relationships between geological/tectonic processes and mineral resources in the area. Based on previous works, six high-potential hydrothermal fields in the Southern Okinawa Trough have been identified. However, the related geological background and other high-potential hydrothermal fields in the shallow water area offshore Northeastern Taiwan are not well defined yet. To better understand geological/tectonic features and mineral resources in the study area, OCNTU and IONTU teams led by Profs. Hsu and Liu have drawn up a three-stage work this year. The first stage is to collect the previous data and related research results to understand the geological background in the study area. Based on the results, a cruise plan will be arranged. Then, an eight-day cruise will be carried out in the study area to collect multi-channel seismic data, other underway geophysical data, and seafloor video/image data. At least 120-kilometer seismic data will be collected in 2023. In the third stage, the newly collected data will be processed, analyzed, and interpreted together with the geological concept built in the first stage of work and the previous three years. Moreover, this project is responsible for the marine mineral resource database, which includes three major potential mineral resource investigation projects. This database consists of a GIS database system, a MySQL database for geological and geochemical data, and a web server for data use and inspection. All data for the three offshore northeastern Taiwan projects in the four years will be preserved, integrated, and provided to all the project team members.
