2023-07-202024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/653203大麻植物及其萃取物富含具有藥理活性的生物鹼，通稱為大麻素，其中大麻二酚(cannabidiol , CBD)具有調節神經、生殖、及免疫系統功能等相當複雜且多樣的藥理作用。目前世界先進國家仍未有含CBD之動物用藥品許可證，且動物使用CBD的效力與安全資訊仍顯不足。因應當前市面上充斥著樣態複雜且多樣的各式含CBD之動物用產品，且多數皆宣稱產品對動物的諸多功效，為維護動物健康及福祉，本計畫擬蒐集彙整國際先進國家管理含CBD寵物用產品之管理規範，並研析國際最新的科學文獻與安全性評估報告，以進一步研析寵物用不同產品是否能訂定出合宜之CBD含量之分類管理建議供管理單位參考。 Cannabis plant (Canabis sativa)and its extracts contain a rich amount of pharmacologically active alkaloids, namely cannabinoids, among which cannabidiol (CBD) exhibits complex and diverse pharmacological activities including regulating the function of nervous, reproductive, and immune systems. To date, there are no approved animal medicines containing CBD in the advanced countries. There is currently insufficient evidence pertaining to the efficacy and safety information for animal treated with CBD. In response to the fact that the current market is flooded with a variety of complex and versatile products containing CBD for pet animals, and most of them claim that the products may have beneficial effects on animals, this research project aims to collect and study the management regulations of CBD-containing pet products by advanced countries and latest international scientific literature and safety assessment reports. The safety evaluation reports and potential regulatory measure suggestions will be proposed and provided to the regulatory authority for the management of CBD-containing pet products.大麻二酚;寵物用產品;法規研究;cannabidiol;products used for pets;regulatory study
