2007-09-122024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681501摘要:有關山崩敏感區的研究,過去多以山崩發生的潛勢或潛感性地區為主要對象,對於山崩發生後之堆積範圍、可能危害之保全對象等少有考量。檢視國內多次重大山崩災害事件如草嶺、九份二山、新竹土場部落等可以發現,除山崩滑動區的辨識之外,山崩堆積區(runout zone)對於保全對象直接或間接危害的影響更不容忽視,顯見潛在山崩滑動範圍與山崩可能的堆積區域,皆應考慮劃設為山崩敏感區。山崩潛勢範圍國內外以往已有豐碩的研究成果,其主要考量為地形、地質等環境因素以及豪雨、地震等致災因素,因此有關山崩行為的境況模擬,為界定山崩堆積區的關鍵,而依據其結果進行的風險評估,更為劃設山崩敏感區不可或缺的程序。 鑑於國內缺乏山崩災害潛勢地區有關境況模擬與風險評估之系統性研究,本計畫擬自96年度起連續四年,針對國內具有重大山崩災害潛勢案例之地區,擇定四處進行調查、監測與山崩災害境況模擬與風險評估工作,以推廣至其他地區及案例應用,並提供山崩敏感區劃設的重要參考。 <br> Abstract: The researches of the landslide potential mapping were focused major on the potential or probability of landslide occurrence. The run-out zone and risk elements subjected to the landslide are not well considered. Despite of the identification of landslide slipping area, the direct or indirect effects to the deposition area in the mapping of sensitive landslide cases cannot be ignored after several large landslide incidences such as Tsao-Ling, Ju-Fen-Err mountain, and Tu-Chang cases. It is obvious that both the potential landslide area and run-out zone should be considered as landslide susceptible area. Researches on potential landslide areas had been conducted by adopting the environmental factors such as geomorphology and geology and the disaster-triggering factors such as torrential rain and earthquake. The key point of landslide run-out mapping is based on the scenario simulation, and the risk assessment from scenario simulation is the essential procedure for mapping of landslide susceptible area. Owing to lacking of systematic research on the scenario simulation and risk assessment of potential landslide areas in Taiwan, four sites with significant landslide potential have been selected for research starting from 2007 for 4 years.
