法律學院: 法律學研究所指導教授: 王能君吳榮庭Wu, Lung-TingLung-TingWu2017-03-032018-07-052017-03-032018-07-052016http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/273310  隨著臺灣社會逐漸高齡化,高齡者之就業保障將成為重要課題,行政院也開始研議制定中高齡就業專法。日本早於1971年即制定專法,試圖解決高年齡者之就業需求問題,應有值得臺灣參考之處,故本論文將探究日本高年齡者僱用安定法立法至今之政策演變。   本論文先介紹日本僱用慣行與其變化,其後沿著日本高年齡者僱用安定法之立法與歷次重大修正做整理及分析,最後提出日本高年齡者僱用安定法帶給我國之啟示。  Along with Taiwan becomes an aged society, the stabilization of employment of the elderly will be an important issue. Executive Yuan begins deliberations on legislation of special law of employment of the elderly, while Japan have enacted the law since 1971. The legal policy development of Japan should be a good reference for Taiwan, therefore, this thesis focuses on introducing the legal policy development of Act Concerning Stabilization of Employment of the Elderly in Japan.   After introducing Japanese employment practices and its evolution, this thesis focuses on analyzing the legislation and important amendments of Act Concerning Stabilization of Employment of the Elderly in Japan.
