2004-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655207摘要:德國等歐盟國家在2002年針對其共同農業政策(CAP)進行檢討時,即確定糧食(食品)安全、環境保護、資源維護、鄉村活化等未來農業發展之政策方向。德國政府更承諾在推動國際間建立食品安全規則的過程中,扮演更積極的角色,以確保全球追求糧食安全(含食品安全)的目標。 德國在推動食品安全政策上的具體作法為何?對於台灣確立農政方向以追求農業永續發展的啟示為何?這些都是值得深入研究的重要課題。本研究之目的即透過與德國農政及學術單位的合作,深入探討德國追求食品安全的具體作法(以農產品為主)及其啟示。<br> Abstract: Food safety is one of the most important agricultural policy goals many countries strive for. With the three aims of preventive consumer protection, quality assurance as well as eco-friendly and animal welfare-oriented production, the agri-food and consumer policies of Germany are targeted at restoring full public confidence in the safety of food.
