2016-03-112024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/684345摘要:本研究計畫主軸為延續104年栗喉蜂虎棄蛋孵育計畫,以104年經驗作為範例進行改進。在104年度計畫中共計撿拾並運送了36顆栗喉蜂虎的棄蛋到動物園,其中16顆未發育,佔整體45%,7顆蛋於棄蛋解剖後發現有發育成小白點 (佔入孵總量的19%)。5顆發育成血環(佔入孵的14%),7顆發育成死胎(佔入孵總量的19%),1顆孵化成功(佔入孵總量的3%)顆受精,顯示棄蛋仍有極高的可能孵化;104年結果發現金門儲存超過2天的棄蛋皆無發育跡象,推測可能因棄蛋在受到親鳥踢出洞口之前已經開始孵育,啟動了發育生理機制,而無法耐受冷藏保存方式;此外在野外撿拾棄蛋觀察發現棄蛋較容易發生於巢位密度較高的樣區(p<0.01)。今年目標為改善孵育流程以增加整體孵化成功率,採現地以及送動物園孵化並行,以觀察比較其孵化狀況,並持續照養觀察現有的收容蜂虎個體,完善國內現有孵育、圈養蜂虎科物種方法。最後擬整理本計畫執行期間所蒐集之栗喉蜂虎相關繁殖、行為生態與照護知識,並將之轉化為合適之教育解說題材。<br> Abstract: The aim of this project is to improve the methods of hatching the abandoned eggs from Blue-tailed Bee-eaters,according to 2015 experience. In 2015, we collected and hatched 36 eggs in Taipei Zoo, 16 eggs did not develop(45% of all), 55% eggs developed, 7 eggs stopped in the embryos period,5 eggs stopped in the hemal ring period, and 7 eggs developed but didn`t incubate successfully, and 1 egg success incubating into chick, as the result, there are still high possibility that the eggs can be incubated, and we found the eggs which we put in fridge more than two days didn`t develop at all, the reason might be they eggs were already development for a while before the eggs are abandoned by the parents once they start the development, the cold temperature would stop their development.And we also found that the higher possibility to find the eggs in the higher nests density area than lower nests density area. The goal of this year is to improve the process of incubation and the method of eggs storage. We will incubate eggs in Kinmen and Taipei Zoo at the same time, to compare the difference, and grow the chicks into adults, to establish the method of hatching Bee-eaters, and transfer the data, results of this project into teaching material.栗喉蜂虎棄蛋孵育計畫(二)
