Due to an error in our differential velocity formula when calculating global density (η), there are minor changes to the log(η) values in Tables 6, 7 and 8, and minor changes to the distributions of log(η) in Figs 8 and 9.We also corrected an issue in Table 6 where we previously listed η instead of log(η). We present the correct version of the tables and figures here. No results, analysis, or discussion are affected by this change.
