2014-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/657813摘要:為因應行政院環保署土基會擬將食用作物農地土壤之銅管制標準分別由200 mg/kg修改為 400 mg/kg、鋅管制標準分別由 600 mg/kg修改為 900 mg/kg,本研究擬採集紅壤、砂頁岩沖積土及粘板岩沖積土,分別依下列各個銅與鋅濃度進行不同濃度之添加並孵育1個月成受污染之土壤,再以六種不同濃度處理之土壤進行水稻之盆栽試驗,以探討修改後之銅、鋅管制標準濃度對水稻吸收銅、鋅之影響;進以評估土壤管理技術下的作物安全性,並將研究結果彙整以作為修法的依據與參考。 <br> Abstract: Taiwan EPA will change the regulation of copper and zinc in the soil in the begining of 2014, changed from 200 to 400 mg/kg in soil or changed from 600 to 900 mg/kg in soil. Therefore, the objectives of this study are to add the different levels of copper and zinc, total 6 treatments of different levels of copper and zinc in soil, into 3 different Taiwan rural soils to understand the bioavailability of copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) in the contaminated soils and also to understand the Cu and Zn uptake in the brown rice. The treated soils are incubated for one month for rice production in pot experiments.
