2007-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/680518摘要:行政院國家科學委員會於民國九十一年六月通過奈米國家型科技計畫,共設學術卓越、產業化技術、核心設施建置與分享運用、人才培育等四大分項,奈米科技人才培育先導型計畫系由教育部顧問室統籌辦理。 鑒於國民教育及科普教育為銜接高等教育及學術研究最重要之根基,本計畫以〝 K-12 〞及〝大學研究所〞兩大主軸平行推動。在 K-12 的規劃上,率先在民國九十一年於北區試行「奈米科技( K-12 )人才培育計畫」,而大學研究所的部份則利用各區多所大學聯盟合作之方式,於北區、中北區、中南區、南區、東區形成區域性奈米科技人才培育五項子計畫,同時推動人才資源庫計畫及奈米科技數位學習平台進行奈米科技人才之搜集及資源庫之建立。 民國九十三年一月原奈米人才培育計畫正式改設為奈米科技人才培育推動計畫辦公室,統籌、鼓舞各區之間聯盟及鍵結並建立完整之行政體系機制,目標以散佈更多奈米科技人才種子,以期最終能風行草偃並達成全民科學素養教育提昇之效,並促使奈米科技專門教育得有源源不絕之後繼人才滿足社會經濟發展之需。奈米科技人才培育推動計畫之主要目標如下: 1. 推動奈米科技教育之終身學習的願景( From cradle to grave)。 2. 藉奈米科技教育之普及,奠基科普教育之基礎,建構具跨領域、創造力、國際觀、智財權觀等之學習主體。 3. 藉由奈米科技人才培育,促進前瞻人才專門教育、K-12及一般大眾之科學素養教育之提昇。 4. 縮小城鄉差距,減少資源分配不均之現象。 <br> Abstract: Technological development requires trained personnel. Skilled and dedicated workers are important to technological advancement. Nanotechnology, an emerging field that will impact many areas of science and technology, was seen as a catalyst for transformation. To accelerate the research and development of nanotechnology, the National Science Council of Taiwan launched the National Science and Technology Program for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology in 2002. In addition to scientific research and technological development, the program included a human resource component which is in charged by the Ministry of Education (MOE). The Nanotechnology Human Resource Development (NHRD) Program was established to undertake the task of education and teacher professional development. Under the supervision of MOE, the NHRD Program includes NHRD Program Office, Nanotechnology K-12 Education Center, Nanotechnology University Education Center and E-Knowledge Exchange Platform, which was established to prepare a future generation of researchers, engineers, designers, business leaders, and general public that support the development of advanced technology. The main objectives of the NHRD Program are as follows: 1. Promote life-long learning in Nanotechnology Education. 2. Promote the popularization of Nanotechnology Education. 3. Upgrade the higher professional education, K-12 education and accomplishment education of science of the general public. 4.
