2012-04-012024-05-18https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/698038摘要：改善教學品質乃本校追求卓越、邁向頂尖的關鍵項目之ㄧ，本院的教學品質向來為臺灣各法學院之冠，然而本院與國際性一流法學院相比，則仍有不足，其中專任教師過少乃是主因，未來本院計畫延聘本院博士班碩士班研究生為教學助理，在大學部必修課程規劃課業輔導，並協助大學部學生學術性質論文之寫作，而教學助理亦可提升個人之素質。教學助理不僅將減少教師授課之辛勞，更將協助教師學術之精進，並培養學生學術能力，更進ㄧ步達成改善本院教學品質之目標。 <br> Abstract: Improvement of teaching quality is one of the keys to the College’s consistent pursuit of excellence. NTU College of Law is well-known for its efforts to offer courses with unsurpassed quality in comparison with fellow institutes in Taiwan. Nevertheless the College falls short when competing with the most prominent law schools around the world, mainly due to a shortfall of full-time faculty members. To address the insufficiency the College plans to engage Ph.D. students and graduate students as teaching assistants to provide academic consultation in required courses at the undergraduate level and assist in the writing of academic papers by undergraduate students of the College. Meanwhile, teaching assistants may take advantage of this role to support personal development. The plan allows the teaching assistants to not only share workload of the faculty but also facilitate the advancement of faculty’s scholarship and help students sharpen their academic minds, which in combination will further lead the College to attain the goal of better teaching quality.
