林晏州2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-291999http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/18194本研究主要目的在探討台北市市民農 園之經營發展現況及使用者對市民農園的 認知與需求。研究結果顯示:(1)台北市 市民農園可分為兩大類,一類僅供市民進 行耕作之活動,另一類可供市民於園內進 行遊憩活動。(2)農園之使用者大致可分 為兩類,一是至農園進行耕作之承租者, 另一類至市民農園進行烤肉焢窯等遊憩活 動者。(3)個人特性與遊憩特性會影響遊 憩者對遊憩環境之滿意度,受訪承租者對 各項設施服務之滿意度均高於受訪遊客之 滿意度。(4)受訪承租者與受訪遊客對市 民農園之定位並不相同,進而影響使用者 對市民農園之需求亦不相同。(5)使用者 至市民農園之遊憩成本、對農園之滿意度 及對農園之定位,均會影響其對市民農園 之需求。The main purposes of this study were to investigate the development of the allotment garden and the users’ cognition and demand of the allotment garden in Taipei. Major findings of this study are summarized as followed: (1) There were two kinds of the allotment garden. One was only to provide cultivation and the other was to provide recreation activities. (2) There were two kinds users of the allotment garden. One cultivated in the allotment garden and the other barbecued or carried out many activities in the allotment garden. (3) User characteristics and trip characteristics influenced satisfaction level. Tenants’ satisfaction level of the facilities was higher than visitors’. (4) Tenants’ and visitors’ cognition of the allotment garden are different. This difference influenced tenants’ and visitors’ demand.
