2019-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/681187摘要：OCLC（Online Computer Library Center）創始於1967年，是目前全球最大之非營利國際圖書館合作組織，擁有全世界最大的書目型資料庫WorldCat，收錄超過4億3千萬筆書目記錄，圖書館館藏記錄則接近27億筆。透過各成員館共建共享的理念，提供新取得的館藏訊息及新編書目與其他圖書館共享，降低各館西文原始編目人力與物力成本，並藉此提昇圖書館國際能見度。 教育部自民國96年起同意臺大辦理「我國加入OCLC管理成員館」計畫案，並籌組「臺灣OCLC管理成員館聯盟」運作；此外，為擴大計畫效益，自101年起與國家圖書館書目資訊中心合作，本計畫案與「NBINet我國中文書目國際化計畫(為期2年)」整合，冀望藉由加入OCLC國際性組織以推動本國與國際間書目交換，並透過搜尋引擎的普及性與便利性，讓中文書目持續、擴大曝光，提升我國在國際間之能見度，目前已順利達成中文書目上傳300萬筆的目標。103年起本計畫將持續推動我國圖書館加入OCLC成員館，節省編目成本，並促成書目合作共享，並在教育部經費支持下，已順利完成103年至107年計畫。 本期第三年計畫目標仍延續過去執行十二年計畫之經驗，除協助臺灣地區有意願之圖書館加入OCLC管理成員館以提升編目效率外，也將繼續推動中文書目國際化，增進臺灣出版成果之國際曝光率。另本期計畫也考量政府推動新南向政策，其中在教育層面上著重於東南亞語言及區域貿易人才培育，圖書館配合課程規劃，可協助學校引進更多東南亞語系的館藏資源。108年的工作項目計有: 1.持續參與OCLC國際事務；2.分析OCLC WorldCat中係屬東南亞語系的資源分布情況，建立資源引進建議書單；3.持續再加強成員館招募工作；4.辦理OCLC編目工具Connexion聯合採購案；5.加強成員館間互動與資訊分享；6.辦理教育訓練以協助各館運用OCLC編目工具Connexion進行中文抄編工作、自行上傳原編書目與館藏加註課程、以及邀請OCLC代表人員分享最新資訊；7.製作數位學習訓練課程，以提供館員線上自我學習的機會與管道；8.整理與更新聯盟網頁，以提供各成員館即時且有用的資訊；9.提供各成員館相關諮詢服務，以加強成員館與OCLC相關業務聯繫及溝通；10.持續與推動館商討聯盟營運方式；11.辦理聯盟主席選舉；12.進行成員館使用效益分析等。<br> Abstract: OCLC (Online Computer Library Center) was founded in 1967, and is the world`s largest nonprofit international library cooperative. OCLC’s WorldCat is the largest bibliographic database in the world, with more than 430 millions bibliographic records , and the library collection records were close to 2.7 billions. Based on the idea of sharing, libraries can reduce the costs of original cataloging, share their bibliographic records with each other through cooperative cataloging, and enhance their international visibility. Approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China in 2007, National Taiwan University has successfully executed the “Taiwan OCLC Governing Members Consortium” project for five years. Starting in 2012, in order to expand the benefits of this project, NTU strengthened its collaborations with the Bibliographic Information Center of National Central Library and began uploading NBINet’s Chinese bibliographic records to OCLC’s WorldCat. By making Chinese bibliographic records available in OCLC’s WorldCat, it is hoped that this project will facilitate better international bibliographic exchange and greatly enhance our visibility in the international community.
