2013-08-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/644214摘要:由於醫學教育的教學及評估方式的快速發展,以客觀結構式臨床技能測驗作為教學或考試工具逐漸受到重視。自 2013 年起,實習醫師必先通過聯合客觀結構式臨床技能測驗,才能參加醫師執照考試。在台灣醫學教育學會的努力下,內、外、婦、兒科的客觀結構式臨床技能測驗考題發展已達成熟。開始有學者關心以客觀結構式臨床技能測驗,來進行倫理、法律、人文素養的教學或評估。本研究將聚焦於客觀結構式臨床技能測驗倫理試題開發,並將試題經過嚴謹的信效度測試後施測於台大醫院、台中榮總及中國醫學大學附設醫院,以了解受測實習醫師解決倫理爭議的能力,並作為未來開發客觀結構式臨床技能測驗法律及人文試題的參考。本計畫為 4 年期的優秀年輕學者研究計畫,本計畫預計將達成下列目標:第一、檢視何謂倫理第二、探知臨床醫療倫理核心能力第三、探討醫療情境中經常遭遇的倫理困境第四、以臨床倫理核心能力為依據,開發客觀結構式臨床技能測驗倫理試題第五、檢定客觀結構式臨床技能測驗倫理試題的信效度第六、以客觀結構式臨床技能測驗倫理試題施測於 3 家醫院的實習醫師第七、依據施測的回饋,修正客觀結構式臨床技能測驗倫理試題第八、分析倫理試題的表現與實習醫師臨床表現的關係<br> Abstract: With the rapid advance of assessment tools and teaching methods in medical education, toteach and to assess using OSCE are attracting more and more attention in Taiwan. Starting from2013, medical school graduates must pass Joint OSCE Exam as a pre-requisite for taking theNational Physician Licensing Exam. In the past several years, developing new OSCE questions hasbecome more and more mature under the guidance and supervision of Taiwan Association ofMedical Education. However, there are some concerns about assessing and teaching the corecompetences of resolving ethical conflicts using OSCE. This study aims to develop OSCE questionsfor examining exam-takers’ core competences of resolving clinical ethical conflicts. We will startthis project by examining the definition of ethics, and the core competences of resolving clinicalethical conflicts as perceived by health care workers. Then, we will develop OSCE ethical questionsfollowing the process suggested by Taiwan Association of Medical Education, and the corecompetences of resolving clinical ethical conflicts. Interns of three medical centers participated inthis study will be tested using the developed OSCE ethical questions.
