2008-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662551摘要:目前普遍使用之四胺鹽類、漂白水、強酸、強鹼或者是含抗生素配方之消毒藥劑,雖對於抑制病原傳播有良好的成效,但其製造與使用過程容易產生環境賀爾蒙與毒性物質殘留或者是導致抗藥性病原生成。因此發展有效、操作方便、使用安全之電解水殺菌消毒技術並將其應用在農林漁牧業防疫及人畜共通疾病防制方面係本計畫之最終目的。本團隊自96年度開始著手進行無隔膜電解水在人畜共通疾病上防疫滅菌之應用研究,並在上一年度獲得以下初步成果:(1)電解水滅菌技術於畜舍消毒及雞蛋清洗之可行性評估;(2)不同防疫應用之無隔膜電解水消毒系統開發;(3)實用成本、生物性安全之可行性評估。基於上述基礎,97年度本團隊將建立以無隔膜電解水進行細菌性病原傳播防制機制與條件測試之相關實驗室驗證技術,之後開發禽畜舍現場端無隔膜電解水滅菌消毒系統之應用實證技術與實體平台,最後研究電解水消毒技術在細菌性人畜共通疾病防制之應用潛力與成本效益。本計畫的順利執行將能裨益我國重大人畜共通傳染病防治技術之研發成效,確保農林漁牧業永續發展。<br> Abstract: The common used disinfectants, such as quaternary ammonium compounds, hypochlorites, acids, bases, and antibiotic recipes, can effectively prevent the spreading of pathogens. However, production and use of these disinfectants cause undesirable side effects like environmental hormones, residual toxicity, and even the evolution of drugresistant pathogens. Thus, this project aims to develop an effective, user-friendly and safe disinfection technology based on electrolyzed water. And we plan to apply this technology to assist epidemic and zoonosis prevention in agriculture ultimately. We have studied the application of membraneless electrolyzed water to prevention of bacterial zoonoses since year 2007 and have achieved the following things: (1) demonstration of the use of electrolyzed water for animal house disinfection and egg cleaning; (2) development of equipment prototypes for ex situ and in situ electrolyed water production; (3) feasibiliy valuation by cost and biosafety. On the basis of these results,we will first establish lab protocols and relevant techniques to study the conditions and mechanisms to inhibit the spreading of bacterial pathogens based on electrolyzed water in year 2008. Then, we will develop equipments and platform technologies to demonstrate the application of electrolyzed water to animal-house disinfection. Finally, we will evaluate the potential and cost effectiveness of electrolyzed water technique for the prevention of zoonoses.
