2017-01-012024-05-16https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/669880摘要:草莓 (Fragaria Xananasa Duch.) 源自北美溫帶地區,性喜冷涼氣候,在臺灣低海拔地區草莓栽培模式限定在中秋至春末。由於無成熟專業的育苗場,多數農民自行育苗,因此育苗工作就落在炎熱及多颱風的夏季。此外,現有草莓苗的來源多長年重複營養繁殖的植物材料並無更新,生長勢急驟衰弱。因此解決缺苗問題,建立吻合種苗繁殖三級制的專業育苗場是很重要的。本計畫擬透過,整合植物工場、溫室與高床架育苗系統。本期計畫目標則在放大產能,一級苗部分在植物工場生產,修正栽培床架設計及環境參數,提高單位面積之草莓走莖產量及繁殖倍率。二級及三級苗為高床架育苗,建立高床架穩定採穗系統,並且修正栽培曆,提早育苗,期望能在6月中後為採穗期。最後在生產高品質的扦插穴盤苗。<br> Abstract: Strawberry (Fragaria Xananasa Duch.) originated from North America and favors cool temperature, the fruit production of strawberry is restricted in mid-autumn to late spring in low land of Taiwan. Due to no professional nursery been established, majority of the framers propagate runner plants for their own need and as the result strawberry nursery is operated over the hot summer and often suffered from typhoon. In addition, the plant material was clonal propagated for years without renewing, growth vigor decades severely. Therefore, for solving the shortage of nursery plants. Building up a production system based on the three-step propagation principles can be more important. The objective of the study for this year is to integrate the plant factory and high-bed nursery system for strawberry runner plant production. For enhancing the yield of the primary level plants in plant factory, we will focus on designing a new cultivation station and correct the growing parameters. For cutting production, we will reschedule the planting in the high bed of greenhouse (second level) and field (third level) in order to harvest cutting from June.
