宋維村2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/9667本研究之目的在於檢驗自閉症患者早期發展中意圖能力缺陷的假說。以修訂自編之實驗典範[1],早期社會溝通評量表[2],及修訂動作意圖能力作業[3,4],分別測量意圖性溝通能力、意圖性相互注意協調能力、及瞭解未完成動作意圖的能力。受試有四組:生理年齡42 個月以下的自閉症兒童、智能不足兒童,及生理年齡在13-15 個月及18-20 個月一般兒童。參與實驗之四組兒童人數分別有28人(男25人、女3 人)、26 人(男12 人、女14 人)、27人(男11 人、女16 人)、及26 人(男13人、女13 人),共107 人。初步分析受試通過前二個實驗之資料顯示:自閉症在低層相互注意協調能力不如其他三組,高層相互注意協調能力落後於智能不足組及大正常組;自閉症組在層次一意圖溝通能力未落後於其他三組,但層次二則落後。在未來一年將增加受試,分析第三個實驗結果及三個實驗結果之彙整與討論並撰寫論文。The objective of the study was to test the action-based intentional ability deficit hypothesis of autistic disorder. The experiment paradigm designed by the author[1], the Early Social Communication Scale(ESCS)[2], and the modified Meltzoff task[3,4], were used to assess the intentional communication, joint attention, and the comprehension of unfulfilled intentional act. The subjects included 4 groups:28(25 boys,3 girls) children with autism CA below 42 months, 26(12 boys,14 girls) children with mental retardation CA below 42 months, 27(11 boys,16 girls) typical children aged 13-15 months, and 26(13 boys, 13 girls) typical children aged 18-20 months. The preliminary analysis of the first two tasks revealed the following findings. 1. The autistic group developed low-level intentional communication comparable to other three groups, but lagged behind in the high-level intentional communication. 2. In ESCS, the autistic group lagged behind in the low-level joint attention than the retarded and the 18-20-month-old group. More subjects will be tested in the 2nd year.
