2008-01-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/659595摘要:評估太陽麻於泌乳羊的飼養價值。採用2個重複4x4拉丁方(Latin square)試驗設計,以代謝架飼養8頭剛過了泌乳高峰期的Alpine泌乳羊,分成四個處理組(苜蓿飼糧、太陽麻飼糧、花生藤飼糧、多年生花生飼糧),每個處理組2頭泌乳羊,分別採用代謝架進行個別飼養試驗,試驗前後秤量體重加以紀錄。試驗羊隻的飼養管理操作,將依據Federation of Animal Science Societies(1999)的推薦標準要求執行。試驗飼糧養分組成將依據NRC(2007)與CAB International (1998)對泌乳羊隻的推薦量配製。拉丁方的每個試驗期包含17天適應期與4天採樣期。採樣期每日回收剩餘飼糧測定自由採食量,並且進行全糞收集,以測定泌乳羊對飼糧乾物質、有機物、中洗纖維與酸洗纖維消化率。同時採樣期最後2天,每日收集秤重早晚各一次的乳量,並將依據實際乳量比例混合的每日乳樣分析其基本乳組成。<br> Abstract: Current proposed project will evaluate the value of applying sunn hemp (Crotalaria juncea L.) in dairy goat feeding. Based on two replicated 4x4 Latin square design, 8 Alpine lactating goats will assigned to four treatment groups: alfalfa hay ration (control), sunn hemp hay ration, peanut stover ration, perennial peanut hay ration. Experiment protocol will follow the recommendation of Federation of Animal Science Societies (1999), ration nutrient composition will meet the requirement recoomended by NRC (2007) and CAB International (1998). Each experiment period will include 7days of adjustment and 4 days of sample collection.
