2013-11-012024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/660326摘要:本計畫為一年期之應用型產學合作計畫,我們擬開發具高比表面積與一維結構的奈米金屬氧化物電極之光感測器。為有效利用一維奈米結構材料的異向性質與獲得預期之效能,我們先系統性地探討製備參數對一維奈米結構材料的幾何尺寸、結晶程度及表面型貌的影響,同時控制一維奈米結構材料在適當基材與位置定向規則成長,以獲得預期的效能。我們以陽極氧化法和水熱法所製備出的一維金屬氧化物,透過適當的表面修飾,檢測其對光的吸收與載子的傳導能力,以及利用光電化學裝置探討其光生電流之能力。除了提升其光敏感性質外同時改善材料的穩定性及光電特性。我們將探討製程參數對一維奈米結構金屬氧化物陣列之特性影響以獲得高效率之新型光電極,並透過組裝製得一低成本高效能之光感測器。材料之晶相結構、尺寸大小及其他光譜性質的探討,以TEM/EDS、FESEM、XRD、UV-Vis、ICP、Raman、XPS、XAS 等光譜測試之。探究照光載子反應的本質與機理,我們預期此計畫之執行將能為光感測器開發研究提供高效率的新型電極材料。所製備之一維奈米結構金屬氧化物將有效應用於與感測器相關的機制。 <br> Abstract: This proposal is an one-year project. We plan to prepare high-ordered vertical-aligned 1-D nanostructured metal-oxide materials with high surface-to-volume ratio and specific structural properties that serve as a model architecture for efficient photoanode photodetector as it simultaneously offers a large contact area, excellent light-trapping characteristics, and highly conductive pathway for charge carrier collection. The 1-D nanostructures improved efficiency by improved charge separation and transportation. To properly utilize the anisotropic properties of 1-D nanostructured metal-oxide materials in applications with high performance, the influences of the fabrication parameters on the properties of the prepared materials, such as geometries, crystallinity, and shapes, will be systematically investigated. The growth of the 1-D nanostructured metal-oxide materials will be controlled onto the selected substrates and positions, followed by the filling of the 1-D nanostructures with the metal-oxide nanoparticles. The prepared catalysts will be applied to photoelectrochemical device and photodetector for their photosensitivity. Various spectroscopic systems, TEM/EDS、FESEM、XRD、UV-Vis、ICP、Raman、XPS and XAS will be employed to investigate the nature and mechanism of catalytic reactions.
