2015-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/691740摘要:有鑑於新世代供應鏈設計與管理對產業發展的重要性及對學術研究充滿挑戰,本兩年期整合型研究計畫依據國科會 102 年度整合型計畫「服務供應鏈之前瞻分析與設計及其通訊與行動服務應用總計畫」目前執行的進展、先前審查委員對原三年期規畫的意見及團隊成員新構想,調整、修正並強化而提出新的兩年接續計畫,來接續達成以下目的: 一、對服務供應鏈問題進行前瞻分析與設計,特別著重客戶端的需求規劃、客戶服務合約設計、服務鏈量能擴充、動態競合策略、以及綠色永續措施的整合導入等課題。 二、以通訊與行動服務等應用為主要載具,進行具體而深入的前瞻分析與設計究。 三、建立服務供應鏈前瞻分析與設計初步工具庫,包括服務供應鏈描述法、問題數學模型、求解演算法、模擬模型與環境等,以易於垂直、水平組合各研究成果,以為後續服務供應鏈相關研究利用,發揮知識及工具快速再運用的果效。 為達以上研究目標,研究團隊經近四個月的深入切磋交流,將本整合型計畫規畫調整、深化為一個總計畫及五個子計畫,子計畫一與二側重探討供應鏈不同環節服務提供者間的競合關係、以及訂單(服務需求)-產能(容量)之最適分配。子計畫三、四與五則著重服務需求端的規劃與服務供應管理的策略議題,包括服務合約設計所牽涉的需求、品質與定價,以及服務導向、綠色永續製造之整合行銷及應用軟體提供策略等議題。總計畫「服務供應鏈之前瞻分析與設計及其通訊與行動服務應用」將在 l02 年的基礎上,持續建置服務供應鏈前瞻分析與設計的工具庫,包括 1)彙整各子計畫數學與決策模型(顧客需求流動模型、數學規劃模型、模擬模型、賽局模型) 2)整合性使用者介面(資料庫連結、統計/模擬/最佳化軟體工具連結),供各子計畫易於相互串連運用研究成果;通訊與行動服務供應鏈應用案例與資料,作為各子計畫研發之前瞻分析與設計工具的驗證、展示用,進而推動串連整合,以產生整合型計畫綜效。<br> Abstract: In view of the significance of design and management of next generation supply chain to industries and the challenges to academic research, this research team proposes a 2-year integrated research project based on the 1-year NSC project since 08/2013, entitled “Service Supply Chain Analysis and Design beyond Frontier - Communication and Mobile Service Applications,” to continue to achieve the three research objectives: O1: to proceed foresighted analysis and design of service supply chains, especially demand planning on the customer side, contract design for customer service, flexible segmentation of service chains, capacity expansion and performance improvement, dynamic co-opetition strategy and service-oriented integration of supply chain, etc.; O2: to take applications in communication and mobile service as carrier problems and conducting in depth and foresighted research of analysis and design; O3: to construct a preliminary toolbox for analyzing and designing service supply chains, including supply chain description method, mathematical problem formulation, game theoretic solution algorithms, optimization method, and simulation models and environment. The toolbox is set to integrate vertical and horizontal dimensions of service supply chain research results and to serve the purpose of easy access and reuse by the team members. To achieve the objectives, the integrated project organizes a main project and five subprojects. Subprojects 1 and 2 emphasize on the co-opetition among segments for service provisioning, and the optimal distribution between order/demands and capacity. Subprojects 3, 4 and 5 emphasize on service planning on the demand side and strategy design issues of service delivery management. The issues include demand, quality and pricing in service contract design, vertical integration strategy, and green and sustainable marketing and bundling strategies for service-oriented manufacturing. The main project will organize the results of sub-projects and develop a toolbox for foresighted analysis and design of service supply chains.
