莊正民2006-07-262018-06-292006-07-262018-06-291998http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/16987本研究主要在探討國際合作型式、控 制機制之關係、合作型式選擇控制機制的 影響因素，以及控制機制選擇與合作績效 之關係。以台灣地區有參與國際合作協議 的企業為樣本，進行深度訪談及問卷調 查，共計搜集49 個合作協議樣本。研究結 果發現價格機制、權威機制與文化機制在 不同合作型式之使用程度有顯著差異，尤 其技術合作合約較合資顯著多使用價格機 制。其次，績效可區分程度、競爭密集度、 需求環境變動性三者顯著影響企業選擇價 格機制；合作案投資專屬性愈高，企業則 傾向選擇權威機制；至於文化機制的選擇乃與品質不確定性有顯著關係。This research first explore the relationship between the international collaboration modes, e.g., technology licensing, OEM, and joint venture, and the types and extent of control mechanisms, e.g., price, authority, and culture, used in that particular governance structure.
