蔣明晃2006-07-252018-06-292006-07-252018-06-292001http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/3055本研究將針對供應鏈中,多廠企業之內部協調 的問題提出討論。本研究考慮在生產製造上所需要 的成本以及產能與物料供給的限制,再運用「先進 規劃與排程系統」的概念,建立兩個以成本為基礎 的多廠生產規劃決策支援模式。其次,利用不同 的需求狀況,以及各種企業可能會面臨的情境,來 進行模擬,並比較本研究所建立的決策支援模式及 實務經驗法則的規劃結果之優劣及限制。最後,根 據模擬的結果,提出一個具有良好績效(成本低, 規劃結果良好),並且運算快速的決策支援模式。This article discusses the issues of multi-plant production planning in a supply chain of assembly industry. By considering the capacity and materials supply constraints, the decision support models are built based on the concept of APS. Next, the simulation is performed to compare the performance of our propose models with experiences’ rules in different scenarios.
