2008-01-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/678451摘要:提升教學品質計畫-東亞語文教學改善計畫 <中文摘要> 日文系為了改善本校以往日文課程一班達上百人的補習班式教學及專任教師鐘點數嚴重超時、修課學生人數過多、上課擁擠成效欠佳等諸多情況,提出了東亞語文教學改善計畫,希望能達到小班制教學,提升教學品質之目標。 透過教務處「邁向頂尖大學提升教學品質計畫」的經費支援,本系自95年度起聘任數名專案語言教師,以支援教學人力,並逐年增開日文一、日文二、日文三等日語選修課程。此外,為了落實校方所提出之「開設多樣化外語課程以邁向國際化」之目標,於增設日文課程之同時,自97年度起增開韓文、越南文、泰文、菲律賓文、馬來文等東亞語言課程。 此計畫實施至今巳邁入第三年,具體之執行成果含:1.減低超大班語言教學,逐漸實現小班制教學。2.依據聯合國對外語教學績效評估之標準,逐步提昇理想開班數比例。3.開設多種東亞語言課程,使本校居於外語教學之領先地位。4.逐步推行「教學」型與「研究」型教師分工,提供教師們更優質之研究及教學環境。6.將日文課程之補充教材以電子資料方式上載於日文系網頁,致力於日語教材數位化。7.於日文系網頁中設置「教學助理專區」,定期填寫教學日誌,以達教學內容進度系統化。 <br> Abstract: Elevating Program of Educating Quality 2008 <English Summary> We (The Department of Japanese Language and Literature) bring to the proposal to upgrading the teaching quality of East Asian language, in order to mend problems in Japanese class in NTU. We are facing problems such as heavy loads of class hours carried by our full-time teacher, and the condition of Japanese classes filled with over 100 students which results in a crowded classroom and ineffective teaching. The program which aims to the problems is brought to for smaller size of class and a better quality of education. From the “Elevating Program of Educating Quality for a Better NTU” proposed by the office of academy affairs, our department get support of budget since 2006. We have employed more project instructors and offer more optional classes of Japanese. Furthermore, we’ve open courses of, other than Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Filipino, and Malay. Those courses of East Asian languages are offered for the program brought up by NTU of “opening classes of more foreign language for preparation of globalization.” The program mentioned above has been practiced for three years, and the solid outcomes we’ve seen are: 1. Minimize the class step by step. 2. Adjust the number of classes by the standard by which UN appraise the effect of foreign language teaching. 3. Offer diversity of East Asian language courses to make NTU outstanding in the field of foreign language teaching. 4. Promote a differentiating between academic and teaching labor, in order to provide better conditions of working to instructors. 5. Upload the extra materials of courses to our department’s website for further digitalization. 6.
