2006-06-262024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661330摘要:本研究之目標為(1)蒐集擱淺、圈養與漁業致死的露脊鼠海豚與兩種瓶鼻海豚資料 。(2) 建立露脊鼠海豚微衛星體資料庫並進行基因選殖。(3)台灣兩種瓶鼻海豚之主 要組織相容複合體基因多樣性分析。本研究之預期效益為: (1)露脊鼠海豚:分析兩個亞種型的族群遺傳多樣性,以及彼此的地理親緣關係 ,並根據已經發表的研究結果,比較東亞水域三個露脊鼠海豚亞種的分化關係。 (2)瓶鼻海豚:分析兩個瓶鼻海豚物種的主要組織相容複合體基因遺傳變異與多樣 性分析藉以瞭解環境異質性對於免疫遺傳多樣性之影響。<br> Abstract: The targets of this research are (1) collecting the samples and information of finless porpoises and two species of Tursiops from stranding, captivity, and bycatch. (2) establishing the databank of microsatellite of finless porpoises and subsequent gene cloning. (3) analysis of MHC polymorphism of two species of Tursiops in Taiwan. The predictable achievements are: (1) Finless porpoise: analyzing the genetic polymorphism of the subspecies and phylogeography; analyzing the phylogenetic relationship of three subspecies of finless porpoises from western Pacific.
