2017-03-112024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/651471摘要:為因應氣候變遷,避免山坡地因極端降雨事件釀成災害,政府擬針對山坡地開發地區規劃透水保水設施,藉由透水設計及貯留滲透水,降低洪峰流量,減少地表逕流量,以防範災害發生及改善生態環境。 本研究擬藉由國內外資料蒐集及衝擊評估,提出透水保水設施之應用評估、建議型式,以及容量設計流程及架構,同時,針對既有案例調查與示範案例之技術規劃與設計。 <br> Abstract: In response to climate change and avoid disaster happening at hillside area by extremely rainfall event, this study intends to plan the permeable and conserved water facility at hillside development area. By means of permeable design and conserving permeable water, resulting in reducing the peak flood discharge and surface runoff, might mitigate the disaster occurrence and improve ecological environment. After collecting relevant literature and impact analysis, this study will propose the application analysis, suggested types as well as capacity design process and structure of permeable and conserved water facility.
