2018-08-152024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/694612摘要:本計畫旨為依性別平等教育法之立法目的,促進性別地位之實質平等,消除性別歧視,維護人格尊嚴,厚植並建立性別平等之教育資源與環境,積極維護學生(含跨性別之學生)之受教權益。為引導各大專校院友善對待跨性別之學生,本計畫將透過到校訪視、人員訪談方式,瞭解校園現況及跨性別之學生的需求,並將針對跨性別之學生空間使用權益維護,研擬相關作法指引供學校參考,俾落實性別平等教育法之立法精神,營造友善的學習環境與氛圍。 <br> Abstract: According to Gender Equity Act, the university should promote equal status for all gender, eliminate gender discrimination, and cultivate equal educational resources and environments to actively ensure the educational rights for all students.
