2014-08-012024-05-17https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/689120摘要:國內藥學教育正朝向六年學制發展,第六年為進階實務實習,包括進階社區藥局實習,此課程在國內亟待創新建立。藥事人員於醫療體系之服務,社區藥局執業者人數眾多,而社區藥局藥師是民眾醫療保健的第一線專業服務人員,需具備多元化的能力及樹立良好形象;完善之進階社區藥局實習制度建立,有助培育具專業執業能力之現代藥師,此外,經由教學相長,也有益於指導藥師專業能力之提升。 本研究以三年為期,各年度間之執行重點互有相關及延續。本計畫經由實務教學資料蒐集與整理、成立專家工作小組、課程小組、專家問卷調查、實習學生及指導藥師雙向問卷調查、實務教學經驗分享座談會或研討會、出國訪察、參與國際教學研討會、於國內舉辦藥學實務教學國際研討會等,逐步建立進階社區藥局實習、完成創新之教學內容與大綱等教材設計、整理問卷研究實證資料、促進國內外教學交流、發表研究成果彰顯臺灣名聲等。此計畫之執行與完成,將有助於進階社區藥局實習課程品質不斷改進之教學實證,達培育具備以病人為中心與全人照護的新一代藥學人才,以融入健康照護體系,協助建構更理想之醫療服務體系及跨專業團隊照護,善盡藥學社會責任。<br> Abstract: Pharmacy education reform toward a six-year schema is current on-going in Taiwan. The courses in the sixth year will encompass experiential trainings in a variety of pharmacy practice settings, including community advanced pharmacy practice experiences (community APPEs). Community pharmacies are one of the essential primary care sites in the health systems. Pharmacists practicing in community pharmacies are expected of to be competent in providing a variety of services. Their performances are also critical to the societal image of the profession. An ideal community APPEs course will be advantageous to fostering competent contemporary pharmacists. Community pharmacist preceptors, in turn, will also benefit from participating in experiential teaching. The goals and objectives of the three-year study are interrelated among years. The study aims to establish the innovative community APPEs course in Taiwan, to create syllabus and course contents and teaching materials, to collect evidence-based data by questionnaire surveys, and to institute experience-sharing platforms by ways of literature search, expert panel meetings, survey research, seminars or forums, overseas visits, and international conference. Pharmacists may refresh their knowledge and skills by precepting students; whereas pharmacy students will be able to learn multifaceted practice experiences through community APPEs.
