2010-01-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/661877摘要:本計畫旨在整合豌豆蚜與桃蚜兩大重要病媒害蟲致死基因選殖之生物資訊與基因工 程技術平台,期使整合後之平台,成為國內各研究單位進行蚜蟲防治時之重要基因 資訊分析依據。在選殖分析致死基因的同時,研究團隊進行藥劑篩檢技術開發,旨 在快速檢測藥劑對蚜蟲存活力之影響以及研究藥劑對致死基因表現之改變。本項技 術平台之建立,對找尋抑制抗藥品系生長之藥劑,具備相當實用之潛力。 英文<br> Abstract: We aim to integrate the technology platforms for bioinformatics and genetic engineering, as to clone and analyze lethal genes in the pea aphid Acyrthosiphon pisum and the green peach aphid Myzus percicae, two most hazardous vectors of plant viruses. The integrated technology platform, which serves as an important reference foundation, can benefit local laboratories working on the management of pest aphids. In parallel, we will be screening drugs that can affect the viability as well as the expression of lethal genes in the aphids.
